Our Story

My name is Angela. And before I tell you about a bag, I need to tell you about a dog.

Actually, I need to tell you about all of them.

I grew up with dogs. Not one or two. Ten. Each one different. Each one, in their own quiet way, the best thing in my life at the time. They were never just pets. They were the ones who showed up without being asked. Who stayed without being told. Who loved you on the days you felt least loveable.

They were family. Teachers. Healers. The kind of presence that makes a house feel like a home and a hard day feel survivable.

Then came Mia.

She arrived during one of the harder chapters of my life, small, impossibly soft, spunky, and absolutely certain that wherever I was going, she was coming too.

She wasn't a reset. She was a reminder. Of everything the dogs before her had always known: that love shows up in small, warm, breathing things, and that life is always better when they're beside you.

I wanted to take her everywhere. Cafés, work trips, weekend escapes, errands, hotel stays. And I did.

But every carrier I found told the wrong story. Too bulky. Too clinical. Too obviously a pet product. Saggy bases. Plasticky finishes. Bags designed by people who had clearly never spent a Tuesday in a café with a small dog who has opinions about the seating arrangement.

I didn't want a carrier that occasionally looked like a handbag. I wanted a beautiful, practical, premium bag, worthy of the company she keeps.

So I built one.
